The basic reason of bleeding and swallowing in the gums is neglecting the hygiene of teeth. When we do not take proper care of our teeth, bacteria in the mouth creates plague on our teeth. If one does not take care of his gingivitis, it will be developed into periodontitis. In this severe condition, bones and gums holding teeth can be compromised. Bacteria on the teeth are the most damaging thing that affects anyone's gums. Taking care of teeth's hygiene is the most important thing in any case.
